Steven Gibbs Hyper Dimensional Resonator is a radionics machine that works as an over-unity device pulling energy out of the quantum vacuum. Most over-unity devices use zero point energy as their primary power source. I feel that the Hyper Dimensional Resonator is creating something similar to the Hutchison Effect.
