Standardizing science

There is a scientist that wants to standardize science. Well, this is an interesting goal for me. Perhaps we can create a language in common. Sadly, most will want to make modification on the original and few can agree. Mostly, this is one thing that certain is. Basically, it is that we need standards to make life easier.
