Civilizations are typically situated in warm areas. Not a lot of people in Antarctica we see. Yeah, people like to live where it is warm. For example, I can get a house in Kansas City for $100,000, but have to pay half a mil for the same house in miami. Buyers like to be where it is sunny. Like this has a big influence on house prices.
