Bullet Trains in China

The US does not have bullet trains, but they are around the world quite common. For example, there are many in china, japan, and europe. OK many new high speed trains use a lot of magnets because they are maglev. The latest high speed train in china has a top speed of 245 mph.

HDR electromagnet is one object we use to do experiments in magnetism. There is much for us to learn in fields that are new.

Inside an HDR

OK in this video you can see inside of Steven Gibbs HDR. Basically the device is an electromagnet. Look at the different components such as Radio Shack blue capacitor and six rectifier diodes.
