eurozone is a euromess

The eurozone is a euromess. Problems are not over, but will become far worse. It is not just greece. Also in trouble are italy, portugal and spain. Back in 2005 I told people to buy bullion as in physical gold and hold metals most precious. The debunkers laughed and said gold which was then $400/oz would fall to $200/oz. Well, here we are. It is now 2010 and gold has nearly tripled in price. Today it is over $1100/oz and rising. I told people that gold was a haven most safe and secure. A lot better than paper. Of that you can be sure. The future price of gold is much higher than now.

Future of Television

Futuristic technologies such as wall screens are just around the corner. Well, John Titor told us that in 2036 there was no broadcast television. TV was all over an internet path way. OK now we see HTML5 and H264 taking off, but there is a danger that people cannot see. It is easy for governments to block content now more than ever. Future of TV will be interesting, but I see more control by our gov.

The future

A friend wrote to me today and say that Steven Gibbs says the future is going to get much worse. Basically that we should be happy with what we have now. This echos my sentiments exactly from using remote viewing. If you do not believe me, well there are many other viewers.

cheap oil gone

Illustration of three oil wells in the desert at dusk photo

OK some economy experts say cheap oil is here to stay and high prices go away. However, I say that even if US consumes gas less and burns oil less, China is growing. It's huge population wants to have cars. Expect oil to go up. The future price of oil is going up.

poison ivy

OK one plant I wish did not exist is poison ivy. It causes an itch and is poisonous. Nasty as can get. Well, science says high CO2 levels makes poison ivy grow like crazy. When expose to 2050 CO2 levels poison ivy grew 150% faster. Welcome to a very nasty future.

Future of factories

In olden days dad's would say - study hard or you will end up working in a factory. The idea of putting down manual labor is old, but the industrial base is what makes a country strong. Happy to report that in the days to come both the university and factory merge to produce a factoryversity. In fact, our future is a factoryversity. A high tech place full of innovazones. Those are zone of innovation - very important in our coming tomorrow.

hot future

Stone Tree in the Desert photo

CarlosX Time Jump Journal claims that in our future the deserts are massive. He says that people in the days to come worry of finding food. There are others that also see a dire future.

Here is a video of greenhouse earth. People, global warming is real. The oceans are overheating and this means in the future we will see hypercanes.

Time Travel to the past

An antique box record player with crank, sitting on the attic floor. photo

When you pop an old record into a turn table you can hear sounds from days gone by. However, could you ever go back to that time? The answer is yes. People can go back using astral time travel.

True, you will be a bit limited as to your actions, but one of my goals is for people to lean astral time travel so they can see the distant past and far future.

rivers on mars

Did you know that mars once had rivers? Well, now science says mars recently had rivers.
In fact, this should come as no surprise, because in the future we may terraform mars.

Future of mars is a bright one, as it will become a second home for humanity. People will be happy when the red planet is no longer the dead planet.

gas price jumps

Hey, two weeks ago gasoline was $1.88/gallon, but the day before yesterday I paid $2.46/gallon. Folks, we could soon see gas over $3/gal, I mean last year it was over four. Petroleum price are increasing. The cost of oil went over $60 for the first time in many weeks and seventy is not far behind.

Hey, gas prices jump in the last three weeks. This is not an indicator of an economic recovery, but rather of inflation. Food and fuel are going up.

The future price of oil will be much higher than now for two reasons; first the decline of the dollar, and also we hit peak oil in 2005. Guys, every year we produce less petroleum. This will impact the price at the pump.

Future of Food

Try as we may, science does not always deliver on its promise. Future of food is one of famine as new super weeds and disease that shall destroy our crops. The chemicals we use to protect ourselves will not save us. Future price of eggs will be much higher as grain becomes scarce. Shortages of food will become common.

Going astral to the future

Hey, ever wonder if the power went out and never came back? That is a constant theme in my time trips to the future. Perhaps we should all invest in generators.

Also, over and over when going astral to the future, I have seen a dark city scenario. That is plainly like a blackout and the highways are empty. This pitch dark city seems abandoned and deserted. OK, one possible reason is that hackers are targeting the electric power grid.

Without electricity fuel pumps would not work so the filling station would close. This would explain why highways are empty. Food in grocery stores would rot without power. However, why do people leave the city?

Will Google survive in the future?

Back before 2000 if some one had predicted that Yahoo who was king of the hill would fall it would have been a laugh riot. However, we have seen the merger with Microsoft fall apart; yes even mighty Google the global search engine leader now a power motor of profit is hit hard by our current economic crisis as well as an ongoing severe recession / depression that keeps getting worse.

Actually, we should note that in 2000 Time Traveller John Titor said that both Microsoft and Yahoo would go under, however that GE would survive. Google is a one trick pony that depends on adwords ads to make it. If micro soft cannot make it, then perhaps things will be really bad.

However, John Titor did say that Future TV was over internet. Google has Youtube, so this could provide a ray of hope. Perhaps Google does survive, only time will.

The Time Travelers

Here is a movie "The Time Travellers" it was created in 1964, before we landed on the moon. It shows us what people thought the future would be like. It shows the world of 2070 as a nuclear devastated society wasteland populated by strange mutants and android robots, because few humans would survive the atomic wars.

It is a movie about men of science that create a time portal to 2070. However, the time portal collapses and they are stuck in the future. Unable to return they meet people of the far tomorrow.

The Time Travellers is a peek at a potential future. Actually it is not that far away from reality. Time Traveller CarlosX claims to have been a robot repairman in 2154 AD. A world with mutants, clones, robots, and a few humans that struggle to survive after WWIII.

men on mars

Will people in the future go to mars? Right now we see the space shuttle is being closed down. There are no more lunar landings or even plans to create bases on moon. And yet, in the future we will terraform mars, it will be like a second earth. This sister planet will be a 2nd home for humanity in our future.

Do people smoke in the future?

It is interesting to watch a 50's movie and see the clouds of smoke. Perhaps we can feel sorrow for be those unlucky to near one. There were rumours that cigars cause cancer, much like now about cell phones.

The future of smoking is that is none. People value clean fresh air.

Propane in our future?

Propane gas is used mostly in rural areas. The LP-gas cylinder known as the pig is quite common. Also small propane gas cylinders are used in camping for small stoves.

It has a wide number of applications, but the future of propane is no longer bright because there is a move to phase out all carbon based fuel. Carbon dioxide is blamed for global warming and there is legislation to limit carbon emissions.

Future City

A future city is hard to imagine. Think of all the technology, the towering buildings that scratch the sky, giant megamansions where people live.

That magical metropolis in the wonderful world of tomorrow. It might seem to good to be true.

Is it a dream, or is it real?

What will the cities of the future look like. Will they have flying cars overhead and robots walking the streets, or will science advance in a totally different direction?
