Many of you know the russian are working on a secret weapon, but it is basically a powerful EMP blast cannon. This baby is straight out of sci-fi and with one blast they can cripple the US by destroying our electronics.
By going astral to the future I have seen the russians use this device to knock out out power grid. It is very effective.
