Dark days ahead

I see a permanent change in standard of living as people become poorer. My prediction of ghost malls that seems so silly a few years ago is now all the rage. With a major pandemic and an economic crisis, store sales will be way down.

Expect a permanent reduction in wages as our economic crisis gets worse... OK, even persons with college degrees will be hit hard by what is coming, because now more than ever people need to prepare for drop from a serious economic recession into a deep depression. For example, after the stock market crash of 1929 and false rally of 1931 by 1933, US unemployment numbers had soared over 25%, one quarter of the population out of work.

DEAD-troit

Detroit's downfall has been long in coming with car crisis. Making gigantic monsters like our iconic Hummer dooms GM. Instead of making small energy efficient vehicles we have big SUV trucks that roll off assembly lines like sausages. The bailout may prove to be too little too late for GM.

Sadly, the extinction of DEAD-troit was something we could have avoided. With a more careful and diverse industrial policy we could have limited dependence on the automotive industry and petroleum based vehicles. Perhaps a move to wind mills and electric cars in the 70's when we faced our first energy shortage. If so, now DEAD-troit would be alive.

John Titor wall street economic crisis

Did John Titor said Obama will be the next president? I do not believe so. He did talk about american federal empire from john titor's civil war. His mission was to retrieve an IBM 5100 from 1975 using his GE C204 time machine. However, if fighting diamondbacks from john titor's civil war do exist that would have a negative effect on the stock market, but not enough to create our current economic crisis. It is my belief that John Titor came from alternate timeline different than our own.

How will internet change future of news?

OK, so many people want to know - how will internet change future of news? Truth is that we are already seeing the coverage of science over the web. Also, many newspapers will fold as the net takes over news coverage. The future of news is very exciting, but we must realize that times change. A time traveller from the future might wonder why we spend so much money of print when the web allows us to deliver content faster and a lot cheaper.

Al Bielek talk about 2137 AD

Al Bielek talks about his trip in 2137 via time travel. He says total world population in 2137 was 300 millions. Talks about WWIII and collapse of society. US is gone.

Global Influenza Pandemic

It is official we have a major pandemic on our hands. Schools have been closed and many business will close - these include restaurants, malls, and movie cinemas. HDRKID made predictions about a major flu epidemic in the future, he said would hit in late 2008 or early 2009. Well, now we see that it is taking place as seen via astral time travel.

What is coming

Real unemployment rate is 15.6%
and our financial systems are imploding. People who claim that everything is fine in 2009 are liars. Things are getting worse.

A different kind of remote viewing

A lady in Fort Laud, Florida was able to see her home while it was robbed due to a web cam. She installed it and was able to call cops to catch the robbers. Please understand that seeing is the answer. She was able to [rotect her home with a web cam due to her "remote viewing" the crime.

Going astral to the future

Hey, ever wonder if the power went out and never came back? That is a constant theme in my time trips to the future. Perhaps we should all invest in generators.

Also, over and over when going astral to the future, I have seen a dark city scenario. That is plainly like a blackout and the highways are empty. This pitch dark city seems abandoned and deserted. OK, one possible reason is that hackers are targeting the electric power grid.

Without electricity fuel pumps would not work so the filling station would close. This would explain why highways are empty. Food in grocery stores would rot without power. However, why do people leave the city?

Will Google survive in the future?

Back before 2000 if some one had predicted that Yahoo who was king of the hill would fall it would have been a laugh riot. However, we have seen the merger with Microsoft fall apart; yes even mighty Google the global search engine leader now a power motor of profit is hit hard by our current economic crisis as well as an ongoing severe recession / depression that keeps getting worse.

Actually, we should note that in 2000 Time Traveller John Titor said that both Microsoft and Yahoo would go under, however that GE would survive. Google is a one trick pony that depends on adwords ads to make it. If micro soft cannot make it, then perhaps things will be really bad.

However, John Titor did say that Future TV was over internet. Google has Youtube, so this could provide a ray of hope. Perhaps Google does survive, only time will.

Foreclosures increase

Neighborhood improvement programs are a bust. Financial firms are doing very little or nothing to help stop foreclosures, so consumers are now falling behind on home mortgages. Folks this is an indication that we are moving from severe recession into deep depression. Sadly, our falling housing prices have yet to hit rock bottom.

Future Real Estate is a new area to be explored. What trends do we see in the days to come? Well, smaller more energy efficient homes, because one reason for foreclosures is the high cost of heating a big house. Also, a move away from devastated cities to small towns.

Biofuel is a big mistake

Turning food into fuel causes the price of corn & soy to go up. True we need energy, but there must be another way. Biomass conversion is very inefficient. E85 is a nightmare because it has all the problems of petroleum added a decrease in food supply, and as we increase the price of food due to competition with biofuels many will starve.

Future oilrigs will drill deeper for ever depleted pocket of petroleum. OK, we are running out of oil, but what can replace it? Ethanol production increases, but at what cost? Fusion power, that is the answer.

Bank Fraud

It seems to me that billions given to the banksters went poof! Where did that money go? I mean now we have to cough up even more money. Future execs will remember this time as an era of vast wealth. Taxes will go up and workers wages no, they will decrease mean while your pensions are going to be remove. Expect inflation to increase as we go into an inflationary depression thank to the banksters.

Ritz camera closes 300 stores

Future cameras require digital not film. This means that most people do their photographic shopping at an electronics store like Best Buy, not a photo mart like Ritz camera. Therefore, it is with sadness that I say that Ritz Camera will close 300 stores.

There are many who saw the move from analog film to digital storage. I predict that we will see more cameras in the future that use WiFi to send electronically their pictures to the internet.

The Time Travelers

Here is a movie "The Time Travellers" it was created in 1964, before we landed on the moon. It shows us what people thought the future would be like. It shows the world of 2070 as a nuclear devastated society wasteland populated by strange mutants and android robots, because few humans would survive the atomic wars.

It is a movie about men of science that create a time portal to 2070. However, the time portal collapses and they are stuck in the future. Unable to return they meet people of the far tomorrow.

The Time Travellers is a peek at a potential future. Actually it is not that far away from reality. Time Traveller CarlosX claims to have been a robot repairman in 2154 AD. A world with mutants, clones, robots, and a few humans that struggle to survive after WWIII.

Where did the flying cars go?

In 1959 the future was an exciting place - it has robots and aliens. There were flying cars and men on mars. Then in 1969 we landed on the moon. It seems that we some how lost our way.

Before you tell me that flying cars are impossible, let me say that the Terrafugia Transition® is quite real. This flying automobile / airplane can safely land on an airport and you drive home. Except, where is my iBOT, or rocketship trip to mars?

Sucker Rally

Today the stock market rose over 8000 for the first time in over two months. Folks, this is a sucker rally. Look at reality, our economic crisis is getting worse and now we have the prospect of unemployment going over 10% in a few months. The banks are starting to fall and we are going from severe recession into a deep depression.
Automotive giant General Motors is doing terrible. Sales were bad in 2007 when is lost 39 billion, got worse in 2008, and now in 2009 we see that it cannot avoid the B-word.

US gov plans to ease GM in Chapter 11 Bankruptcy.
The current strategy is to break the company into two pieces a good GM {Chevy & Cadillac} and sell off the rest. Already the Saab division went under. As for the rest, only time will tell.

Time Travel and parallel universes

Jonathan Alexander has a guest on blogtalkradio - Patricia Ress. This radio show is called - Time Travel and parallel universes. Listen to the radio show and learn about time travel. Mostly, they talk about how the process is used.

Patricia Ress says that a parallel universe could be very similar to ours, but with a few minor changes. She gives an example of what she saw when she went to a parallel universe.
