It was a dream once. Well now a reality for you. Flying cars got the OK to use US air. That means you can get one. Problem is it costs $200,000 so over expensive. Hey, the lotto we might win. Still, it is great to dream of going over the highway in a flying car.

50's time travel movies

HEY, ever see some 50's time travel movies. Back in the 50's it was great to be an american. Fact is we had just won a war. People saw america win. It was bad for germans. Things were even worse for japanese. People in the 50's thought 2010 was a time of wonder - the 21st century even. Robots walking down the street and over head flying cars. Colonies growing on our moon. Yeah, and the first men on mars.

Where did the flying cars go?

In 1959 the future was an exciting place - it has robots and aliens. There were flying cars and men on mars. Then in 1969 we landed on the moon. It seems that we some how lost our way.

Before you tell me that flying cars are impossible, let me say that the Terrafugia Transition® is quite real. This flying automobile / airplane can safely land on an airport and you drive home. Except, where is my iBOT, or rocketship trip to mars?
