Retail sales are diving as our economy implodes. There was one very important HDRKID prediction, namely that many of our banks would fail. OK even with TARP and billions for a banker bailout, we have banks going under. For example, if CIT Group goes under, many retailer might not be able to get money for Christmas purchases. Government may no choice but to nationalize or place in bankruptcy many big banks.
