Finding a vortex

Hyperdimensional vortex sounds like super science. In order to use an HDR the inventor of the unit known as Steven Gibbs says that you must find a vortex and is must be open. Typically, when open I detect a chemical smell like ammonia. OK some say it smells more like ozone. Locating a grid point vortex is not easy. I use an EMF meter known as a cell sensor. This can tell my the location of magnetic anomalies, but it must be used far away from power wires.
