Skeptics use the Grandfather Paradox to claim time travel is impossible, but they do not understand the framework of our universe. Well, one reason you cannot erase yourself is that there are alternate timelines. If you were to go back and make changes then the timeline splits in two pieces. OK, gone is the original one. Basically, you now have two Alternate Timeline copies.
