Do not be fooled by home sales jump. This is a temporary blip on the radar screen. Expect sales to continue to decrease in the coming year. Sadly, more people are losing jobs and they are not able to purchase homes due to banks tightening their lending of money. This equals less home sales next year. Talk of an economic recovery will soon cease.
