Cities are built for our young. That said, our population is now aging. This is due to a very low birth rate sponsor via zpe. Yeah that means zero population growth as in none. Well, there are not enough of our young. That means an excess in seniors. Of these, a high percentage have medical issues. Also, social security is running out of money.
