Candy bars are smaller now. This is a down size. An attempt by candy companies to cut expenses. However, I would prefer smaller pay checks to company execs. Well, that ain't gonna fly with most companies. They want to really pay. That is if you are a top exec. Other wise they argue that they need to lower the minimum wage.
